Refunds for Digital Downloads

Thank you for purchasing from LUTLand.

As all of our products are digital downloads that are delivered instantly after purchase, we are generally unable to offer refunds once a download has been made.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital product that cannot be returned.

When We Will Offer a Refund

We will happily provide a refund or replacement if:

• You accidentally purchased the same product more than once.

• You were charged incorrectly.

• The download file is corrupt or cannot be opened, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.

• You received the wrong product.

• There is a technical issue on our side that prevents you from accessing your purchase.

Compatibility

Please ensure that the LUT you are purchasing is compatible with your editing software before placing your order.

Our product pages list supported software and formats. We cannot provide refunds because a product is incompatible with software that is not listed as supported.

If you experience any problems downloading or using your LUTs, please contact us before requesting a refund. We are happy to help resolve installation or compatibility issues wherever possible.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

One suggestion: because you’re selling to UK and EU customers, you should also add a checkbox at checkout confirming that the customer consents to immediate access to the digital download and acknowledges that this means they lose their 14-day cancellation right. That wording helps align the purchase flow with UK and EU consumer rules for digital content.
