lutland.com is run by Darren Hunt, trading as LUT Land, 6 Lewisham Terrace, Berkeley, Gloucestershire, GL13 9NP, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@lutland.com. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. Our products
We sell digital files: video LUTs (.cube files) and Lightroom presets (.xmp files), delivered as downloadable zip files. Nothing physical is posted to you. Before/after images and videos on our site show typical results; the final look will depend on your footage or photos, exposure and white balance.
3. Licence – what you can do with the files
- You may use our LUTs and presets on unlimited personal and commercial projects, including client work, films, social media and paid content.
- You may install them on any devices you personally use.
- You may not resell, share, give away, upload or redistribute the files themselves (or modified versions of them), or include them in another product, pack or template.
- The files remain the intellectual property of LUT Land. You’re buying a licence to use them, not ownership of the files.
4. Prices and payment
Our prices are set in pounds sterling (GBP). For convenience, we may show prices in your local currency; you’ll be charged in the currency shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order. If a price is shown in error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
5. Delivery
Your download links appear on the order confirmation page straight after payment and are emailed to you. If you create an account, you can also re-download your purchases from My Account. If you don’t receive your files, check your spam folder and then email us.
6. Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. Because our products are digital content delivered immediately, at checkout you ask us to give you instant access and you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once the download has started. This doesn’t affect your rights if a file is faulty – see our Refund Policy.
7. Faulty files and refunds
If a file is corrupt, doesn’t match its description, or you were charged twice or incorrectly, we’ll fix it, replace it or refund you. Full details are in our Refund Policy. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
8. Compatibility
Each product page lists the software it works with. Please check this before buying. We can’t be responsible for software we don’t list, or for changes made by software makers after you buy.
9. Our liability
We’re responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We’re not responsible for business losses, lost profits or lost data, or for loss that wasn’t foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t legally be limited.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in another country, you keep any consumer protections that apply where you live.
